I have grown as a person and have been able to make connections with those around me and hope to one day be able to give back to Swau in the future after I have graduated. Overall I’ve had a great experience at Swau and wouldn’t change it for anything in the world. Although there is always room for improvement I believe that assemblies should not be required but that’s just personal opinion. The professors at Swau are very intrigued in your educational growth and always strive to help you understand the information that is being taught. As a current student from Swau I can honestly say that I have had the privilege to meet some of the best staff who care about your future and have made lifelong friends. They have many extracurricular activities and clubs that you are more than welcome to join. Junior: What I like about Southwestern Adventist University is that it is a close-knit university filled with diversity and love. I am excited to further my education and am glad that I selected King University as the school to do that with!. All online courses are affordable for a middle-class family. They have given me advice and walked me through all the steps I needed to make smart financial decisions that we were comfortable with. King University’s financial department is very helpful and wonderful to work with. The five-week, fully online course lay out has helped me focus on one class at a time while also being able to work and spend time with my family. The idea of spending less time with my husband and child along with the financial burden was not taken lightly. I am a full-time working student with a family so the decision to go back to school was hard and scary. I completed my associate’s degree at a local community college, so choosing a school that accepted my transfer credits was a top priority for me. Junior: I am currently enrolled at King University studying communications.
